Our simple service is designed to be a no-frills solution for the budget conscious. It is best suited to individuals with straightforward, low complexity estates. It is important to note that this service may not address all circumstances and we will check the suitability to make sure it meets your requirements.
You will be granted access to our interactive questionnaire that you can complete in your own time. Once you have submitted your questionnaire you will need to book in your 45-minute review session via video call with one of our specialist advisers.
During the review session, the advisor will review your submission and clarify any points with you whilst also providing additional guidance and advice where needed. Once the review session has been completed and we have received all necessary information from you, we will begin drafting your documents.
The initial draft versions of your documents will be sent to you via secure email within 7-10 working days for your approval. During the drafting process, you have the opportunity to request changes to the documents or ask us to clarify any of the wording.
Once approved, the final stage is signing your Will either in our Heathfield office or remotely (We will provide full signing guidance if the remote option is chosen).
Our standard service is designed to be fully flexible to meet your requirements. We can accommodate the instruction meetings either at our Heathfield office, via video call or in the comfort of your own home*. This is a better solution if you would like detailed assistance or have complex needs.
This service includes everything that you would normally receive with our Standard Will service, but it is better suited for highly complex requirements, for example if you have vulnerable beneficiaries or are looking to create an increased level of protection for your estate.
